JOINING STEP-BY-STEP
1. Registration
Register for free (if you haven’t done it already) at Webshippy with your email address by clicking on the following link: Registration
2. Fill in you company data and accept the GTC
To use Webshippy's services, you must provide your business details and accept the Terms and Conditions. The service can only be used as a company or sole trader.
3. Connect your webshop
We first need to have all your orders in our system to be able to start processing them. You can do this one-by-one, manually, in or in bulk using an Excel spreadsheet. But why not automate it? With just a few clicks, you can connect the most popular webshop systems to Webshippy and your orders will be automatically entered into our system.
4. Create products or select and upload them from our catalogue
Do you already know what you are selling? If you already have your own stock, you can send it to our fulfillment center for professional storage, and then have it assembled and shipped as soon as your orders arrive. To do this, you first need to upload your own product details into our system.
If you would like to expand the range of your products you sell or you haven’t decided on what to sell yet, our wholesale marketplace has great products that you can upload to your store with just a few clicks. Whichever solution you choose, Webshippy's system is able to synchronise the current stock of products with your online store. 6. Connecting an invoicer
Webshippy is also your partner for automatic invoicing, we ensure that your invoicing system is connected to Webshippy's system and invoices are sent on your behalf free of charge.
7. Placing a pilot order
When you have completed the steps above so far, please test your system and check the settings. If something is not working properly, you can find help in the troubleshooting guides.
8. Shipping products to the Warehouse (for own product)
(Just skip this part if you don’t have your own product!)
If you are working with us to sell your own products, you must create a shipping schedule record to schedule your shipment. By doing so, our system registers a shipping note.
How to create a shipment?
Congratulations! You have completed the necessary steps, so get ready to sell!
To fully understand the whole process and experience what your customers will experience, create a trial order in your own shop and we'll send it to the address you provide.
9. Purchasing products
What should you do if you receive an order for a product selected from the Webshippy catalogue? If a customer places an order with you and the order includes a product that is not your own, but a product from the Webshippy catalogue, you must first purchase it (i.e. get it and pay for it). (Selling products from our Marketplace catalogue currently not available for companies outside Hungary.)
If placing, delivering and receiving your trial order runs smoothly, you can transfer them to us by going to Orders and set orders ‘Ready for packaging’. We recommend that you check manually your first couple of orders and verify your order details in our system to make sure your customers receive what they ask for.
Later, you can set ‘Method of order processing’ to automatic. In this case, all your orders get the ‘Ready for packaging’ status automatically and you will not have to manually approve them one-by-one.
