It is important to test systems, settings and processes before starting the collaboration.

There are two ways to do the test. When you place a test order (See: How to place a test order), you only verify the technical aspects. While by doing a test shopping, you oversee the whole process. You can also have the same shopping experience as your customers will.

You can read about test shopping below. We recommend that you have your order delivered to you. Purchase something in your webshop for yourself, and do a real test run!

It is the same procedure as when you place a test order, except for one step: select the order you would like to receive and change the order status from “On hold” to “Ready" for packaging.

You have two options to do this: either you select the order in your list of orders and click on “Ready" for packaging under “Tools” in the top-right corner, or click on the order and select it by going to “Ready" in the detailed view in the top-right corner.

The order goes through the exact same process during test shopping, as it would in the case of a real order from your webshop: we receive the order in our system, then we process, prepare, package and ship it to you. You have the same shopping experience as your customers will, and you will receive the same notifications about the stages your order goes through. If all goes well, you will be notified by e-mail and SMS about the expected delivery time of your package – either when your package will be delivered by a courier or when it is ready for collection at a pick-up point.

It is important to note that the same service charges will incur during the test shopping as in the case of a real customer order.

If the placement, delivery and collection of the order all went smoothly, set your orders “Ready" for packaging under “Orders”. You can then transfer the processing of your orders to us. We suggest that you verify your first few orders manually and double-check the details in our system to make sure your customers receive what they asked for. Later, you can set the “Order Fulfillment method” to “Automatic” for all your orders to receive “Ready" status right away, without you having to manually approve them one by one.
