Under “Shipment and Order Management", you can make the following adjustments:

Order processing method

When you select “Automatic” order processing, the incoming orders are processed automatically in our system (providing that the items are in stock or have been shipped in). When choosing this option, you have to indicate what you would like us to do with the Comments that some orders contain:

  • Ignore them,

  • You leave it to us to check,

  • Stop them so you can handle the comment.

Our “Comment monitoring” system incurs a charge. You can find the relevant rates in our up-to-date pricelist.

If set to "Manual", orders entering Webshippy's system will be set to "Stopped" status and processing will only start when you set the order to “Ready for packaging” status.

Important! WIt is recommended that you use manual packet processing after startup until you are sure that all data is correctly transferred to our system and processed properly. Also, be sure to check the comments on your orders.

Order processing deadlines

Our basic service includes same-day order processing on all incoming, processable orders on workdays before 12 p.m. They will also be handed over to the courier on the same day. On top of this, you can make your customers even happier by opting for the extended order processing option and getting the same expedited delivery on orders arriving by 5 p.m. In other words, all orders received between 12-5 p.m. will be passed on to the courier the same day and will be on their way to you on the next working day.

If you would like to extend this by another hour, get in touch with your contact person and see what options you have. We can provide this service above a certain quantity of orders. Extending order processing deadlines incurs a charge. You can find the relevant rates in our up-to-date list.

Extra e-mail address

Buyers’ e-mail addresses are obligatory information when placing an order. Shipping companies can only deliver orders containing the e-mail address. For orders that lack an e-mail address, you can provide a general one that will be assigned to them so you avoid packages getting held up due to a missing e-mail address.
