We always make sure that our partners are kept up to date with the latest news and developments. We do this through emails, pop-ups in your Webshippy interface or in the news section.

We ask that you keep track of your registration email address and your Webshippy interface, and always read the new descriptions to avoid missing important information.

Here we've summarised for you the most important rules that you must follow at all times as a supplier and/or distributor.

Marketplace as a product supplier:

  • Your products must always have a barcode and item numbers must comply with the requirements described in this.

  • Your products should be attractive, sellable (you can find help for this here) and each product should have a product description and a product photo.

  • Take care of invoicing your transactions! If you choose manual billing, you should upload the invoices for each transaction to the system within 3 working days maximum. And if you choose automatic invoicing, you should check regularly that the invoices have been completed.

  • If you are shipping products to our warehouse, always follow the instructions as described here. Always affix the shipping label to the box.

  • As an external supplier, you must ensure that the products ordered are delivered to our warehouse within 48 hours maximum, if this is not possible, please make sure to indicate this by creating a Customer Service notification in the software as soon as possible.

  • You need to ensure the smooth functioning of the API connection / the continued availability of your Product Feed.

  • You must inactivate products that you will no longer have in stock in the near future.

Dropshipper as a seller:

  • Enable set sync for products in your online store settings! Otherwise, your customers may place orders for products that are no longer available.

  • You need to get Marketplace products within 24 hours to ensure your customers are served. Always purchase your products as soon as possible, because if you don't buy your products on time, someone else can take them away from you. (Also make sure that the order you have already purchased is set to 'Packable' status)

  • Keep up-to-date on the processing status of your packages from the Order Preparation menu, and if you find that an order is taking several business days to process, let us know by creating a Customer Service notification in the software.

  • If there is a price change for a product you have selected from Marketplace, we will notify you at the email address associated with your registration the business day before the price change. This will give you a minimum of 24 hours to update the prices in your online store.

  • Keep track of the availability of the products you sell and inform your customers about delivery times. If you are selling products that are in external stock and do not have immediate stock, please be aware that these products must be delivered by our supply partners by the end of the 3rd working day after purchase, so it can take up to 5 working days to serve your customers.

If you notice any error in the system, please record a customer support error ticket with a detailed description of the error and an example.
