Would you like to outsource logistics and sell not only your own products but also the products of our partners? Would you set up a brand new shop for dropshipping products from our catalogue?
If you would like to sell products from the Webshippy Marketplace catalogue and list them in your own shop, you can also entrust Webshippy with the task of sending out the packages.
In this case, in addition to becoming a reseller of our webshop partners, you also become a Webshippy Fulfillment customer. The products in your catalogue are physically located in Webshippy's warehouse, and we will fulfill your order from there with the help of our delivery subcontractors.
For more information about our fulfilment service, please visit our website. Be sure to check the costs beforehand: Our offer

Once you are done with the first 6 steps, please test your system, check the following and if something is not working properly, you can find help to fix the errors in the descriptions.
Have you managed to synchronize your products with us? You can check this at Products.
Are you sure that all your products in our system have an item number and a barcode?
If you place an order in your shop, will it also appear in Webshippy in the Orders menu?
Are you sure the package contents of each order are correct? By clicking on the serial number of your order in the Orders menu, you can check which products we would pick when fulfilling your order. Are you sure we would pick the right products? You should be particularly careful about this if you have also set up packaging rules or if you have created a bundle of products. More information on how to manage your orders
Are you sure the invoice content of each order is correct? You can also check that the content of the electronic invoice that we will automatically issue is correct by clicking on the order number in the Multiple Orders menu. Are the VAT keys correct? Is the total correct? Are you sure that the amount of cash on delivery to be collected is correct? Do you see the delivery charge and/or COD handling fee (if you charge one) on the invoice? If not, run through this description again, it should help.
Everything seems to be ok? Test it, give it a try! Purchase something in your own shop for your own account, i.e. place a live order, check if the order goes into Webshippy's software, then access your purchased product through our system (you can read a bit more about the process below) and let us actually process the package. That way, we'll actually put this order together for you and send it to you so you can check the whole process before you serve a real customer.
7. What do you do when you receive an order?
If a customer orders from you and the order includes a product that is not yours but a product from the Marketplace catalogue, you must purchase it first.
Unless you have purchased the product in question through our software, Webshippy will not begin assembling the package. You have 24 hours to purchase the products. How can you get the products?
If you find everything in order when placing, shipping and receiving your trial order, you can start to pass the processing of your incoming orders to us by setting the status of your orders to 'Packable' in the Miscellaneous Orders menu and purchasing the products you ordered. During your first few orders, we recommend that you make sure to manually check them and review the order details in our system to ensure that your customers receive what they request. Later on, you can set the 'Order Processing Mode' to 'Automatic' so that all your orders will automatically be given a 'Packable' status, so you don't have to manually approve them one by one.
