If you are an eMAG Marketplace customer and you are offering your products on the eMAG platform, you can now send your orders to the Easybox vending machines.
The delivery of these orders to the vending machines will be a service provided directly by eMAG to the customers.
Since eMAG, as a courier service, will be responsible for picking up packages and delivering them to the parcel machines in Hungary, the following procedures will be followed to ensure that these parcels are picked up at our warehouse.
Your responsibilities for Easybox delivery:
your customer selects Easybox as the delivery method and then finalises their order,
in Webshippy's system, set the order to "Stopped" status,
log into the eMAG admin interface and generate an Easybox delivery label for the package,
save it to your computer, then record a customer service ticket via the Webshippy admin interface, enter the order ID and upload the generated Easybox delivery label as an attachment,
If the delivery method and its fee are included in the order items in Webshippy's system, modify the order: edit the Delivery method item and then save the change
Our colleagues will place the order in "Packable" status, the package concerned will be handed over to the Easybox operator (Sameday) for delivery.
We will do the same for orders received in this way: orders received by midday will be delivered to the courier service the same day, provided that the following conditions are also met by midday:
order products are available,
the courier ticket described above was submitted via a customer service ticket.
Imporant! Easybox package delivery is only available to eMAG Marketplace partners for orders placed on the eMAG platform.
* For packages sent in this way, the delivery fee will be invoiced to your customer by eMAG, so this item MUST NOT BE INCLUDED in the invoice issued by your online store! If your customer invoices are issued through Webshippy, you will need to delete this item by editing the order (the COD amount will not be affected)
