If your customer happens to forget to order an item and places a new order later, to avoid having to pay for delivery twice, they can ask you to send the two orders in one package. Here, we have collected everything you need to know about combining two or more orders. Combining practically means adding the products of one order to another, and deleting the superfluous one from our system.

Of course, you can do all this as long as the orders are in “Ready”, “On hold” or “Error” status. Unfortunately, you cannot modify orders already being processed.

For example: If products A and B products are in order 1, and products C and D in order 2, you just need to edit order 1 by adding products C and D. Then, make sure to save it. Once you are ready, click on order 2 and delete it.

You can find more details on editing and modifying orders here:

Important!

Double-check every detail in the modified order you are about to send out: the prices of products, C.O.D. amount, payment, delivery method, etc.
