If you want to change one of your orders, you can only do so if Webshippy has not started processing it.

You arrive to the page of your detailed order by clicking on an order identification number in the list of orders. You can modify the details of the order, up until the order is in

  • “Ready”,

  • “Error” or

  • “On hold”

status.

There is no option for editing or modification if the order is in

  • “Processing”,

  • “Fulfilled” or

  • “Refused”

status.

If the order you would like to modify is in one of the above statuses, contact our customer service team by Chat or record a ticket by signing into Webshippy (click on the envelop icon in the top-right corner).

IMPORTANT! You can only modify an order containing a Marketplace catalogue product before purchasing the product!

In this case – as long as we have not started processing the order – you can copy the order and modify it by editing the copy (at the end don’t forget to delete the original order).

You can modify the details of your order (customer’s address, payment and shipment method, C.O.D. amount, etc.) on the left side of the order data sheet. While on the right, you can modify the items in the order (products, quantities, prices etc.).

As far as Shipment information, you can change the type of delivery and the name, address, phone number and e-mail address of the customer.

Click on the order you would like to modify in the list of orders at "Order management" - "Orders". You can modify the necessary information on the left in the following way:

At payment information you can edit payment method, currency, value of the package, C.O.D. value, payment status and date of payment.

You will see the following information on the order data sheets:

  • Package content: items and quantities in the order.

  • Order history: the historic data of the package from the placement of the order to the shipment of the package

  • Tracking code: the bar code in the top-right corner of the page, which directs you to the tracking page of the shipment company

Regarding services, you have the option of turning the following services on or off: GLS Replacement package, GLS Address Only (handed over to customer), Sending invoice, Priority processing.
