Webshippy can handle the special serial numbers of your products. Please note that this is an extra service and incurs a charge that you can find in our Pricelist

To be able to handle a unique serial number, the code must be in barcode form on the product. If you want to manage the unique serial number of your product, please do not forget to set the option "Capture serial number at package closing" to "Yes" when you record the product for such products.

If several of your products share the same serial number, set "Yes" for the option "Enable identical serial numbers".

NOTE! If you selected handling special serial numbers at product registration, but don’t actually have one on your product, the delivery of the product will be blocked.
