You may be selling virtual, digital products and services at your webshop that don’t actually exist in a physical form (e.g., downloads, e-books, extended guarantee, tickets).
Such orders will be included in your Webshippy orders as well. To avoid them getting blocked, you must create a virtual product to stand for the items.
