Important!!! You must issue a commercial invoice for customs clearance with your orders delivered outside the EU.
We offer the following solutions:
Creating an "Other" type webshop to manage orders outside the EU
Setting a manual pdf biller (with printing) for this webshop
Then, you can transfer all the relevant orders to this designated webshop and upload the invoices.
To transfer the orders, go to "Tools" and click on Copy. By doing this, you create a copy of the order that automatically goes to Other types of sales channels.
If you have more than one Other type of sales channels, you can move the order freely between them by going to Operations and selecting Transfer and edit order.
If you have already set the option of automatic invoicing (szamlazz.hu, billingo.hu) for your orders, you have the possibility to duplicate the saved billing account, and set the printing function for the second one. In this case, you will not need to upload invoices in advance.
