With Webshippy, you can also automate the invoicing process. If you use invoice.hu or Billingo invoicing software, you have the option to have the invoices for your orders - at the end of the package - issued by the Webshippy system with the invoicing software.
This way, you can ensure that invoices are only issued for sealed parcels that are actually about to be sent out; but you can also automate that for failed/unreceived parcels that are returned to our warehouse unopened (with a courier label sent by us), our system will request the invoice cancellation.
And the icing on the cake is that in the case of cash-on-delivery parcels, our system automatically sets the invoices issued for paid orders to "Paid" in your billing software.
IMPORTANT!!! If you set up invoicing in your Webshippy system, you must disable this feature in your webshop to prevent invoices from being issued twice.
ALWAYS CHECK that your billing software has paid your subscription and service fees, because if it has not, the billing software will NOT ALLOW THE GENERATION OF THE INVOICE, which will INCLUDE THE BILLING OF THE BILL!
We will print out the invoice and include it in the package upon your request, but you can also choose to send it electronically - in this case we will just pass the information to your billing software and it will send the invoice to your customer via email (this can only work if your order includes your customer's email address, so for example, only printed invoices are possible for eMAG sales)
If you want to manage your billing through Webshippy, create a billing profile and assign it to your sales channel.
Click "Billers" in the "Settings" menu and click on the icon of the biller you want to use, then enter the required information - this will create a biller profile.
Once you've entered all the details, save them and then assign them to Sales Channels.

Here are detailed instructions for setting up Billingo:
Attention!!! If you have multiple online stores (sales channels), you can add the same billing profile to each of them, but you can also create a new one for each with different settings if you want to bill differently for each of your online stores.
