Set up automatic invoicing for Billingo billing software

You can also use the Billingo billing software to manage automatic billing via Webshippy.

This way you can ensure that invoices are only issued for sealed parcels that are actually about to be sent out; but you can also automate that for failed/unreceived parcels - which are returned to our warehouse unopened (with a courier label sent by us) - our system will prompt you to cancel the invoice.

And for COD parcels, our system will set the invoice for orders received and paid to "Paid" in your Billingo account.

The following instructions will help you connect your Billingo account to Webshippy.

IMPORTANT!!! The integration needs the API function in Billingo.

ALWAYS CHECK that your billing software has paid the subscription and service fees, because without this the billing software will NOT GENERATE THE BILL, which will INCREASE THE BILL OUTPUT!

First, log in to the Billingo interface and create a new API V key. To request a new key, go to "Settings" - "API Connection" - "API V2" and click on "NEW API KEY".

Your new API key will be generated immediately. If you are integrating multiple different systems with Billingo, you may want to add a naming convention to the keys, which you can do by clicking on the -> "Edit" element of the "Action" button.

To set up the Billingo-Webshippy integration, you will need both your public and private key.

To make sure the integration works correctly, make sure that the "API ID" and "Bank Name" values are listed next to your fixed bank account number in the "Settings" -> "Bank Accounts" menu in Billingo. If you don't see these details, please re-register your bank account!

Log in to the app.webshippy.com interface and click on "Billing" under the "Settings" menu and select the Billingo tile.

First fill in the basic information required in the form that appears.

Then you can customize your billing options by answering the questions that follow.

Clicking "Save" will prompt you to choose which sales channel you want to use your Webshippy billing settings for.
