Shoptet's online store for rent is used by tens of thousands of online shops worldwide. Webshippy's integration ensures that customer orders placed in your webshop are automatically entered into Webshippy's system for processing.

Integration also helps with product management. You can import products from your webshop into Webshippy with a single click, or easily upload products from the Webshippy Marketplace to your webshop.

A stock sync allows customers to order only as many of your products as are available at any given time.

You must have a Webshippy and Shoptet account to connect. Once you have these, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Webshippy and Shoptet accounts in your browser.

  2. In the Webshippy app, click on "Settings" - "Sales Channels", then click on the "Shoptet" tile. This will launch the integration wizard. Go through the steps below.

  3. Enter the name and phone contact details of your online store.

  4. Enter your Shoptet store ID.

You can find the Shoptet store ID in the admin interface at the top.

  5. Add the warehouse (created in Shoptet) to Webshippy from which you want to fulfill orders that are forwarded to Webshippy. Webshippy will update its inventory at this warehouse during the inventory sync.

Important! If there are multiple warehouses in the webshop, the warehouse assigned to Webshippy should be the default.

  6. Set the pairing of statuses. Specify the status of the orders that should appear in Webshippy's system, and the status that Webshippy should change the posted orders to in the webshop.

  7. After this, the connection is established. If you would like to leave the billing to Webshippy, please set up the biller.*

  8. Customize your shipping and parcel handling settings. You can find help with these settings here:

  9. You're done! It's important that you test the integration. You can read more about test ordering and trial purchase here:
