If you are using Tharanis ERP system, you have the possibility to connect it to your Webshippy system. This way, the products you create in your ERP system will automatically appear in Webshippy's system, as well as the customer orders that are entered in Tharanis (if they have already been invoiced in Tharanis).
In addition, if you entrust us with the logistics of your own products, you can also automatically create the delivery reservations, since the supplier orders recorded in Tharanis are also transferred to Webshippy.
Of course, to set up the integration, you must have a valid Webshippy registration, account and a valid subscription to Tharanis.
Steps to set up the connection
Create a Sales channel in your Webshippy system. Enter the name, short name and URL of the webshop (www. without the "intercom-content-link">).
Save your settings. The API key will then be displayed. Copy it.
In Tharanis, click on "Tribes" - "Delivery Methods" and then create the Webshippy delivery method. In the Settings, enter the API key you copied from Webshippy's system.
Your products in Tharanis will also be uploaded to Webshippy's system. (All products will be uploaded, no filtered product range can be selected)
Transmit orders to Webshippy
If you wish to transfer an order received in Tharanis to Webshippy, you must first create an invoice for the order. Once this is done, the order will have a "Completed" status in Tharanis and can be sent to Webshippy.
Click on "Order" - "Prepare courier deliveries", then select "Webshippy" delivery method.
Select the orders you want to check out, then select "Forward to courier"
The order(s) have now been submitted to Webshippy's system, where the processing of the order will begin.
Automatic recording of deliveries in Webshippy
If you send products to Webshippy's warehouse that you have ordered from a supplier in Tharanis, you can automatically create a Goods Delivery Request in Webshippy's system.
All you need to do is tick the "Webshippy delivery quote" option in the bottom left corner of the fixed goods order in Tharanis.
Inventory Management
If you are connecting your Tharanis ERP system to Webshippy, our system will not synchronize inventory to Tharanis. Webshippy will be a warehouse in Tharanis from where orders are fulfilled.
