Our warehouse will be closed on public holidays from 15 to 18 April 2022, during which time order processing will be suspended and our customer service will be unavailable.
Delivery of domestic orders received by noon on Thursday, 14 April is expected to take place on the next business day, Tuesday, 19 April.
Orders placed between 12 noon on 14 April and 12 noon on 19 April will be processed and delivered to our delivery partners on 19 April.
Our Finance department will perform the usual weekly financial settlements (invoicing, settlement of back payments) on the first working day of the week, Tuesday 19 April.
Thursday, April 14, 2022:orders received by noon (5 p.m. for extended parcel processing) will be processed and delivered to the courier service the same day.
Friday to Monday 15-18 April 2022:The warehouse will be closed, domestic delivery will be suspended, and delivery of parcels sent abroad will be subject to the working hours of the country concerned or suspended if they have already left the country.
Tuesday 19 April 2022: the first working day of the week. Warehouse operations, processing of incoming orders and domestic delivery will continue as usual. Invoices will be issued and cash on delivery will be cleared. Goods deliveries are suspended.
Orders received during the holidays and requested for Webshippy Prio delivery will be fulfilled on Tuesday, April 19, 2022.
