Our warehouse will be closed on public holidays from 12-15 March 2022, during which time order processing will be suspended and our customer service will be unavailable.
Delivery of domestic orders received by noon on 11 March is expected to take place on Wednesday 16 March.
Orders placed between 12 noon on 11 March and 12 noon on 16 March will be processed and delivered to our delivery partners on 16 March.
Our Finance department will complete the usual weekly financial settlements (invoicing, settlement of back payments) on the first working day of the week, 16 March.
Friday 11 March 2022:orders received by noon (5pm in the case of extended parcel processing) will be processed and delivered to the courier service on the same day.
Saturday-Sunday 12-13 March 2022:The warehouse will be closed.
Monday-Tuesday 14-15 March 2022: the warehouse will be closed, domestic delivery will be suspended, and parcels sent abroad will be delivered as usual if they have already left the country.
Wednesday 16 March 2022: first working day of the week. Warehouse operations, processing of incoming orders and domestic delivery will continue as usual. Invoices will be issued and cash on delivery will be cleared. Goods deliveries are suspended.
Orders received during the holidays and requested for Webshippy Prio delivery will be fulfilled on Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
