As a final step in order processing, your products will be packaged, the finished packages will be sealed properly and an identification label will be attached.
This label contains the information that allows the delivery service provider (shipping partner) to identify the package and deliver it to the recipient.
The format of the courier label varies from one shipping partner to another, but the following information is the same for all labels:
the unique identifier of the parcel, both in the form of a number and a barcode (tracking number), which is used to track the parcel on the carrier partner's tracking interface;
addressed name, delivery address, phone contact details;
dispatch address: address of Webshippy's warehouse (as the logistics partner),
name of the shipping webstore (which you have entered as the web store name in Webshippy's system),
the prone numer of the shipping webshop (which you have recorded as a customer service phone number in your company details or webshop details)
You can change the name of the webshop as the name of the shipper on the label and the customer service phone number in the "Settings" - "Sales Channels" menu, in the detailed information of the given Sales Channel.
Important!!! Provide a contact information where they can actually reach you, as that is how your customers will contact you.
