As an external premium supplier, you can store your products in your own warehouse and deliver them to Webshippy's fulfilment centre within 48 hours of successful sale to webshippy's webshops. The delivered stock will be immediately received, sorted and delivered to the customers of the webshops.
We forward the receipts from wholesale sales to you in weekly invoices and you don't even have to bother with invoice production. With just a few clicks, you can connect any of the well-known online billers to our system and the invoice generation will be done automatically.
You can transfer your product database, as well as product details, images, descriptions and prices, to the easy-to-use API integration and we also provide the option to synchronize your live inventory data so that webshops will never sell a product that is no longer available from you.
A list of products to be supplied will be sent to you via a daily summary email, but by logging into our cloud-based system, you will have live supplier information on transactions, stock replenishments and supplier products at any time.

Here are the steps you need to take to join and start actively selling.
Register to Webshippy for free and upload the requested documents after accepting the T&C.
Integrate your ERP system with Webshippy's Product API and upload your product database. You can synchronize your product data and its changes with Webshippy's system on a continuous basis. You can also manually upload your product database in XLS format, but in this case you will not be able to track changes.
Use Webshippy's Inventory API to live feed the current inventory levels of your products to our system. This way, you can ensure that the selling web stores cannot sell products that you do not have sufficient quantities of.
Connect your online invoice manager to have invoices for your wholesale sales automatically generated, or set up manual invoice upload mode if you want to generate and upload invoices to our system from your own system.
