The Webshippy system synchronizes orders from your webshop that have a status set and are linked to Webshippy. You can read more about it here:

If an order has not been synchronized by Webshippy, please temporarily change the status of the order in the admin interface of your webshop (Shoprenter or Unas) and then set it back to the status that is also recorded in Webshippy. Then wait a few minutes for the systems to communicate with each other. If the error is not resolved after 15 minutes, please report it to us here in the chat. When registering, please indicate the name under which you are registered with Webshippy and the relevant order IDs.
