Webshippy API documentation and API connection creation

If you want to connect your custom webshop to Webshippy, you can easily do it with our detailed API documentation.
The documentation needed to connect the API can be found here:

To create a link, click "Settings" - "Sales Channels", then select Webshippy API.

Then fill in the fields: first enter the name of your webshop, its shortened name and the phone number where your customers can contact your webshop (the name and phone number of your webshop will also be on the package label)

After entering the URL of your webshop, save the settings - this will automatically insert the system-generated code into the API key field, which will then need to be inserted in the appropriate place in your webshop by your developer.

You will need to select the billing profile in the Online Biller where you have connected your Webshippy system to your billing software, and where you have set up how you want the invoices to be delivered to your customers.

You can then enter information to access our extra services:

  • Only in the hands of the recipient

  • Generate a free return label (excludes DHL delivery)

  • Special packaging

  • Default product type (important setting for packages sent outside the EU)
