You can checkout these orders in Webshippy by clicking on "Order management" - "Prepare order".
If an order contains a product that is currently out of stock, you have the following options:

In this case, the order will be automatically checked out once the products are in stock.
Confirm the order with your customer
Once you have informed your customer about the out of stock, discuss with him/her whether his/her order can be shipped without the missing product or if he/she cancels the entire order.
If the order can go out with the products out of stock, you can edit the order in Webshippy's system: click on the order in the list under "Order Management" - "Orders", then edit the order content. Select the product you want to delete, then save the order.
It is important to note that if the package is COD, the COD amount is not automatically updated, so you will need to adjust it with the price of the deleted product. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Billing" on the order details page, then enter the correct amount. Remember to save at the end of the edit.
If the order is not requested by your customer, delete it from your order list.
