What happens if my customers don't take delivery of a product purchased from the Marketplace catalogue?

If you would like us to handle the return handling and the customer returns the product to our warehouse, we can handle these parcels for a fee (the fee for non-accepted parcels and return handling can be found in our price list).
In that case, if your customer does not take delivery of the order or returns the purchased product within the 14 day cancellation period, it will be returned to our logistics centre and will be returned to your stock. Ownership of the product is transferred to you once you have purchased it from the supplier. The product will remain in your inventory until it is ready to be shipped in your next order.
