The email address you enter in your billing profile is associated with multiple accounts in your Online Billing - Enter an email address that is associated with only one account.
The account prefix you entered in Webshippy does not exist in Invoice.com - Create it.
You did not enter a prefix in Webshippy when setting up your biller - Check what kind of prefix is in your online billing system and record the same prefix in Webshippy.
The fixed username - password pair is not correct - check that the login details are correct, perhaps you have changed them.
