More-user-friendly product downloads per webshop
Webshop product synchronization has been prioritized in the product listing view, making it faster to access. In addition, product downloads can now be initiated per webshop from the user-friendly drop-down list. In addition, your product details, images, prices and descriptions are also imported from specific shop types. For more information, please visit Manage Products.
Delete personal data after 1 year from order data
We have introduced a new feature to protect consumer data. You can now remove your customer's personal data from the system after 1 year. The following details will be deleted: name, email, phone number, delivery address, billing address. The order itself and the other details will of course remain unchanged. For details, please see the related Create, edit, delete orders menu item.
Error corrections
Emergency deliveries can be re-initiated from the system interface before finalising the delivery of goods. This eliminates the need to email customer support about this.
The product serial number and related additional information are again visible on the product detail page.
Packaging materials used for orders are also available again on a separate tab for our partners.
The pop-up window for order delivery details no longer loses its content if you open it several times.
Package point shipments from within eCommerce are now correctly recorded.
