Carriage forward parcels are considered as pending carriage until they are paid for by the customer. Collected CODs include amounts that customers have already paid to the delivery courier. Forwardable deposits have already been settled with Webshippy by the courier companies and will be forwarded to our customers at the next settlement (first working day of the week).

Completed settlements can be viewed at any time on the Subsequent Payments page. The list includes the amount transferred and, if we have included an invoice issued in the amount of the payment, the account number of the account included.
