Order management in case of stock shortage

We may not be able to process your order due to stock shortages. In this case, even though the order status is "Packable", it will not be assembled.
For information about such problematic packages, please go to "Order Management" - "Order Preparation".

Orders can appear in 3 different statuses:

  • Out of stock: none of the products in the order are in stock;

  • Partially ok: the order contains an out-of-stock product;

  • Ready to pack: the out-of-stock problem has been resolved, we will start packing the order soon.

In the list of orders, the status "Ready to pack" does not mean that we can start to assemble the package. In case of stock shortage, the processing of the order can only start if ALL products and quantities in the order are available and in stock. If your order contains out of stock products, one of the following is required:

  • supply the missing product;

  • replace (in agreement with your customer) the out-of-stock product with an in-stock product, or

  • delete it from the order.

Attention!!! Always check the "Order Preparation" view to see if you have any orders that cannot be fulfilled due to out of stock.
