You can manage your orders arriving to Webshippy here. Click on “Orders” and you’ll see the list of your orders at Webshippy. The list contains the following information:
ID: The generated order ID from your webshop and the Webshippy order ID code assigned by Webshippy.
Created: The exact time of the order registration.
Status: The current status of the order.
Source: The webshop transferring the order.
Addressee: The name and delivery address of the customer.
Total: If the payment method is C.O.D., the amount to be collected.
Order status can be the following:
Ready: You’ve given us the green light for processing. If all items in the order are in stock, and ready to be sent, we can begin the packaging process. Please always check if the given products are in stock. You can do this in “Order preparation”.
On Hold: We will not begin preparing your order until you select “Ready for packaging” status.
Error: The order contains an error that prevents order preparation.
Processing: We have begun preparing your order.
Fulfilled: The order is prepared, packaged and being handed over to the courier service.
Refused: Your customer did not collect the order. It was sent back to our warehouse unopened.
Postponed: We prepare and send the order on the given date. If this is a holiday, the package will be prepared on the following work day.
Only orders “Ready" for packaging are prepared, given that all items and quantities in the order are available in stock. You can check this at "Order processing".
A colored line at the end of the order indicates the payment status of the order: orange is for unpaid-, green is for paid orders.
