You can also give us instructions and have special requests concerning packaging.

Order return form

In some cases, your customer may wish to return the product ordered. You can make this easier by using this Return Form, which is sent out with the products in the package. This will help you to increase customer confidence, as the form makes it easy and simple for them to return a product they don't like, without any further consultation.

We can only provide the return form for national orders. This free service is priceless!

Packaging preference

The two main aspects we consider when packing your orders are:

  • making sure your order arrives to your customers safely and in a perfect condition

  • making sure that the delivery is fast and efficient

By default, we will assemble and pack your orders so that they arrive as safely as possible. If you have a clear idea about the choice of packaging material, you have the possibility to indicate your preference within certain limits, and if the safety of the package and the parameters of the products allow, we will pack them accordingly. You will find a list of the packaging materials we use in our up-to-date price list.

You can select in “Settings” the type of packaging material you would like us to use. However, we can change this if we either decide that your preferred choice would not provide your package sufficient protection during delivery, or it is not in compliance with the delivery rules of the shipping company.

At “Packaging materials” you can select a cardboard box, bubble envelope, courier bag or book box as well as choosing the item to be delivered in its own box or with no packaging at all.

Important!!! A padded envelop is not sufficient packaging for books, binders and weekly planners. These hardcover items need to be placed in a strong, cardboard box (we suggest a book box) because the courier company does not take responsibility for a damaged item if it is in a another type of packaging.

Packaging filler preferences

You can give us tips on not only packaging materials, but fillers too! We use environmentally friendly paper-based fillers, so you don’t have a choice in this regard, but you can ask us not to use such packaging material at your own responsibility.

IMPORTANT! If you choose not to use fillers and the package is damaged, the courier company will deem the insufficient packaging the reason for the damage. In this case we can’t take the responsibility for this.

We register the packaging material used for the preparation of the order in our system the same way. By clicking on the order ID under “Charges” in “Orders” , you can find the relevant information.

E-mail notification following closure of the package

The parcels sent by Webshippy are a guarantee in the eyes of our customers, as they can be sure that the products they order are packed with the utmost care, using quality materials, with the help of professional professionals and sent by companies at the forefront of delivery. We would like to reinforce this trust by sending an e-mail notification to your customer after the package has been delivered to the courier company*.

We truly believe that this small gesture builds even stronger trust. However, if you prefer not to receive these e-mails, it takes one simple tick in “Settings” to change it.

*In the case of international packages, our notifications are in English.

Special packaging preference

We do our very best to fulfill your orders to your highest satisfaction. Therefore, if you happen to have any special requests concerning the packaging of your order, please contact us and if we find you the perfect alternative, you will find the short description here.

Special packaging requests can be individually selected for your different sales channels, meaning that you can have different packaging types for all of your webshops. You’ll find this function especially handy if you are selling very different types of products in your webshops and they need to be packaged in various ways.
