NOTIFICATIONS

Click on the "Bell" icon at the top right corner of the Webshippy app to read notifications about our latest news, public information and changes to our services.

SERVICE

Click on the "Envelope" button at the top right to reach our customer service team via the help menu. Here you can report any request/question/problem concerning our operations: stop the parcel; if your delivery has arrived; if you need additional services: e.g. emergency parcel dispatch, emergency delivery, inventory, etc.

PROFILE

You can change your login details, email address, password for the application here.

COMPLETE DATA

You can view or modify the company data you entered and registered when signing the contract electronically here. Acceptance of the GTC constitutes a legally binding electronic contract in accordance with Hungarian law and thus a private document with full evidentiary effect!

It is not possible to change your company name, tax number, company registration number or bank account number, please contact our customer service for such requests.

If any other information has changed, please notify us by writing to us: please record an error message by logging into the Webshippy interface and clicking on the icon in the top right corner.
