Connecting eMAG Marketplace to Webshippy

Webshippy's order management and packaging optimisation software allows you to see your orders from the eMAG marketplace in real time and, if stock allows, to immediately pack and deliver them to your shipping partners for delivery. The system allows you to track the status of your parcels and access up-to-date information on your finances.

Important! If you want to sell products selected from Webshippy's marketplace on the eMAG marketplace interface, error-free operation is not guaranteed - therefore we do not recommend it!

Webshippy allows you to import your products uploaded to the eMAG marketplace with a single click, making it easy to keep track of the inventory of your products in our warehouse.

Shop

1. Log in to the eMAG marketplace (https://marketplace.emag.hu)

2. From the "My Account menu", find the "Profile" submenu, then click the "Technical Details" tab on the page that appears

3. In the Add IP box, click on the "Add New IP Address" button and enter the following IP address: 104.248.139.249

4. In Webshippy, in the "Web Store Management" submenu of the Settings menu, click on the eMAG logo and in the window that appears, enter the basic details of your store (store name, short name, URL). Enter the following url: marketplace.emag.hu

5. After the basic information has been entered, you can enter the additional information required to connect your eMAG marketplace profile

6. In the eMAG Username field, enter the email address you registered on the eMAG marketplace.

7. In the eMAG Password field, enter the password that you use for the eMAG platform.

This completes the setup for communication between eMAG and Webshippy.

Accurate information for product identification in the warehouse

The SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is the primary identifier that identifies the products in our warehouse with the products on your order. Therefore, it is essential that all your products have a unique SKU, otherwise we cannot prepare incoming orders for dispatch. It is very important that a SKU is only listed once, so if your products have product variations (blue, grey, red), each product variation should have a unique SKU value. (The SKU value can be anything, but do not use accents or spaces.) The Webshippy SKU value can be found in the eMAG Marketplace system on the product data page, block 1, under Product Code.

How to use

Products already recorded in eMAG do not need to be manually recorded again in Webshippy. The synchronisation of products can be started by clicking on the "Import products" button in the "Product management" - "Products" menu in the Webshippy interface and then selecting "eMAG synchronisation".

The synchronization of orders from the eMAG marketplace to Webshippy is automatic. The status of orders (packed and dispatched) placed in Webshippy are automatically synchronised back to eMAG.
