Link your Shopify store to Webshippy

Webshippy's order management and packaging optimization software allows you to synchronize your orders from the Shopify online store and, if stock allows, immediately start packing and deliver them to shipping partners. The system allows you to track the status of your parcels and access up-to-date information on your finances.

Webshippy allows you to import your products uploaded to Shopify with a single click, making it easy to keep track of the stock of your products in our warehouse.

How to implement the integration

Setup

1. Open the "Settings" / "Sales Channels" options in the Webshippy app, click on the "Shopify" logo, then on the screen that appears, enter the basic details of your store and click "Save".

2. After saving the data, the system will start the installation of the Webshippy app in your Shopify store. (You can also start the installation manually by clicking this link.) If you are not logged in to the store, you must do this.

3. You can then accept the installation of the Webshippy App.

Click to "Continue setup". You must allow the app to access your store data.

4. After a successful installation, you will be redirected back to the Webshippy interface. You will see that the connection has been successfully established, but you will still need to select the Shopify location from the list that appears before you can use it permanently. Webshippy will return your product inventory information to the selected location.

After completing the required additional fields, you are ready to set up communication between Shopify and Webshippy.

Usage

Products already recorded in Shopify do not need to be manually recorded again in Webshippy. The synchronization of the products can be started by clicking on the "Import products" button in the "Product management" - "Products" menu in the Webshippy interface.

The synchronization of orders from Shopify to Webshippy is done automatically every 20 minutes. The status of orders (packed and dispatched) completed in Webshippy are automatically synchronized back to Shopify.
