When can you send in or deliver your products? When are they processed?

Orders are processed in the fulfillment center of Webshippy. This is where we store all orders ready for delivery. If you wish to optimize yourstock in the warehouse, you need to deliver your products here and you can also ship them from here.

Opening hours

Weekdays 8:30 - 17:00h

Our fulfillment center operates during regular working hours. It is closed on weekends and holidays.

During seasonal periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), we may introduce special working hours to ensure that orders are not delayed. These periodically extended working hours will be notified to you all the times.

Order processing

Orders arriving until 14 p.m. on weekdays will be processed, assembled and delivered on the same day, provided that all required conditions of fulfilment (stock, exact address etc.) are also met by 14 p.m.

In case the order or the conditions to fulfill the order (e.g. stock shortage, invoicing problems or incorrect address) arrive after 14 p.m., we cannot guarantee same-day processing. These orders will be processed the next working day at the latest.

Receiving products

The warehouse can only accept deliveries if you have previously entered a delivery in the Webshippy system, specifying the items and quantities submitted.

Our Center receives the product during the opening hours on the registered day. You can bring it in yourself or send it by a courier or a delivery company.

Release of products

If you would like to optimize your stock, reduce it or have some unwanted items shipped away, schedule a shipment in our system specifying the products and quantities you wish to dispatch.

We usually assemble the products and quantities you have booked within 2 working days, and you can dispatch them after that. Our system will notify you when the goods are ready for dispatch, so please wait for this notification!

The goods can be released after the system notification, during opening hours on working days except Mondays.

Important! In the case of larger quantities or when the entire stock is removed, the assembly time may increase!
