The same as with Shipments, you must record a Product delivery in advance as well. Go to “Product management" - "Transfers” and click on “New transfer out”. Here, give your delivery a fictional name (it is not obligatory, but can help with identification). Keep “Webshippy IV.” as the headquarter and select the date of delivery (within at least 2 work days). Following this, click on “Create”. In “Comments” section you can add any relevant and important information.

You have now created the transfer out. On the next page you fill in the products and quantities. You can manually add the products for delivery, one by one: you can start typing the name or article number of the product. At this point you’ll see the product list and you can easily select and add the product and quantities you wish.

Note that the warehouse needs at least 2 work days – depending on quantity- to prepare the package. Please take this into consideration when you choose the delivery date.


In the case of numerous products, it may be faster to import your products in a batch in an Excel file with the names and quantities of the products: click on “Tools” in the top-right corner and choose the option “Import (XLSX)”.

Following the finalization of the delivery, our warehouse team begins preparing your products. They will let you know once they are ready to be handed out. Please, come to pick up or organize the delivery of your order only when you have been notified by us.

If you send a delivery company to collect your products, please make sure to give them the delivery ID (e.g.#21555) to refer to at the collection.

We are not open on Mondays. Your registered deliveries can take place between Tuesday and Friday within working hours. If you don’t pick up your registered delivery within 5 workdays of the schedules date, we have the right to place the products back in stock. This will incur a charge.
